Great location, a little tired rooms.

Terrible smell in the corridors

Fairly clean place & extremely polite and incredibly nice staff on the working desk clerk. Had double room with comfortable bed, a ceiling fan, for example. A wide range of amazing food for meals.

The stay was absolutely FUN. The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were beautifully decorated and functional. The staff was professional and really helpful, whenever I needed help. It was in a strategic location with a shopping plaza nearby. The area was safe, a nice base for me.

A charming stay with unexpected quirks

Nestled in a vibrant area, I loved the charming historic decor and the easy access to local transportation. The complimentary coffee was a pleasant surprise!

The lack of daily cleaning services was frustrating, and I found myself puzzling over the temperamental toilet flush. Some updates are necessary.

We ate at a good restaurant with delicious breakfast.

Disappointing aspect was a bit cramped bathroom.

The units are functional, airy with water out of and private bathrooms plus bath.

Friendly staff, but loud outside noise.

The nearby pub was always bustling, adding to the vibrant local atmosphere. The shared kitchen lacked plates, which made meal prep a bit challenging.

We had a blast exploring San Francisco, especially enjoying the nearby parks and public transport. Our room wassuper clean and cozy, just what we needed after a long day out with my son.

My kids wished there were more activities or play areas for families. Having some kid-friendly amenities would be great.

The location is superb, just a short walk to Union Square and great eateries. My room was cozy and had lovely big windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was comfy.

Staffing could be improved.

Convenient Stay in San Francisco

I spent 4 nights in a Superior Queen Room and found it perfectly utilitarian. The cleanliness was excellent, and having a Starbucks nearby was a great perk. Tip, Bring a travel hair dryer as there isn't one in the room. Loud street noise may disturb light sleepers.

Great spot! We were just a block off Union Square, super convenient for public transit. The room was clean and tidy with essentials for a comfy stay. Loved the shared kitchen and laundry! Plus, a quick search nearby led us to awesome ramen at Hinodeya.

The location is fantastic with tons of restaurants and public transport nearby. My room was clean and well-decorated.
